Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add confectioners sugar until fluffy.
If necessary, add milk or cream to reach spreading consistency with electric mixer. Stir in nuts by hand.
Frosts three 9-inch layers.
