Skillet Steak 'N Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. water
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from steak.
    Cut into bite size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dredge steak in flour mixture and brown in hot oil.
    In saucepan, combine beef broth and water. Add brown steak to this.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Turn meat and then top with potatoes and onions.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done.
