Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 large potatoes, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook meat just until redness has left.
    Layer meat, potatoes and onions in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour soup and milk over all.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
