Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. onion, grated
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Cream until smooth.
Add lemon juice and onion; blend well.
Gradually blend in sour cream.
Chill.
Serve with potato chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.
