Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. broth
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put
    rice
    in
    slightly
    greased
    casserole
    dish.
    Mix chicken with onion and
    salt
    and
    pepper to taste.
    Pour this mixture over the rice.
    Beat the eggs in broth and pour liquid over chicken.
    Cover
    with\tbread
    crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until browned.
