Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk (scant)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 c. broken soft bread
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. poultry season
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
