Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef with garlic powder; pour off fat.
    Combine tomato sauce, onion and spices with beef; simmer for 1 hour.
    While simmering, cook 8 pieces of lasagna; cool.
    Layer lasagna, sauce, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Ricotta in order.
    Do not put any Mozzarella or Ricotta on the top layer.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbling in the middle (about 1/2 hour).
    Remove from oven; cover the top with Mozzarella.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden.
    Eat and pig out.
    Serve with garlic bread and Caesar salad.
