Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cooked chicken breasts
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (18 oz.) can water chestnuts
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cube chicken and mix all ingredients, but cheese, chips and bread crumbs.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chips and bread crumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes longer.
Serves 10 to 12.
