Cowboy Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can red beans
    6 large potatoes, diced small
    1 onion
    catsup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put potatoes in a large casserole dish, then beans.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Crumble meat over beans.
    Cover with onion, sliced.
    Cover with catsup.
    Put lid on.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Don't add water or open.
