Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with skins.
    Remove skin; slice about 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
    Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    In a saucepan, mix all remaining ingredients (except crumbs).
    Stir over low heat until just heated.
    Pour over potatoes; sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
