Ingredients

4 to 6 'uala
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (13.5 oz.) can coconut milk
dash of salt
Preparation

Scrub the skin of the 'uala.
Rinse, then cover with water in a pot and bring to a boil.
Cook until tender (about 20 minutes). Cool, peel and slice.
Place slices into a buttered casserole. Mix coconut milk and condensed milk, then pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
