4 skinless chicken breasts
2 cans low-salt chicken broth
1/4 red wine vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. brown rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill
Preparation

Pour chicken broth over breasts.
Mix vinegar and other ingredients and stir into chicken breast mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
