Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients just enough to blend.
    Pour into greased 8-inch square pan and bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
