Favorite Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten lightly
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, finely chopped or shredded
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add egg to bread crumbs in large bowl.
Add rest of ingredients to bread crumbs/egg mixture, except beef and bouillon.
Add beef and bouillon; mix well and turn into meatloaf pan.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
