Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. grated onion
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, margarine, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
