Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, cubed
    2 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded or 1 can Cheddar soup and 1 c. grated cheese
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk or 1 can evaporated and 2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    mushrooms or mushroom soup (optional)
    10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked
    chopped green pepper
    2 c. diced chicken, tuna, ham or sausage
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Put in bread cubes.
    Top with cheese. Add broccoli, meat and optionals.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over top.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
