Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar, divided
1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Toss peaches with 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish or deep pie plate and set aside.
Combine flour and remaining sugar.
Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle on top of peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
