Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger, cooked
    3 onions, chopped fine
    1 stick celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mixed mint, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano, all to your taste
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 medium tomatoes
    4 large green peppers
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes and peppers.
    Cut top to use as caps after stuffing.
    Scoop out seeds and some of the pulp.
    Brown onions in oil and pulp from tomatoes.
    Parboil the peppers.
