Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped zucchini
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried chervil leaves, crushed
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and stir zucchini, mushrooms and onion in butter over medium heat until tender.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor; cover and blend until smooth.
    Stir into vegetable mixture.
    Pour into greased 9-inch quiche or pie plate.
    Bake for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
