Snow Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Fleischmann's yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients.
    Add water and shortening. Dough will be soft.
    Knead it together quickly and lightly until smooth and elastic.
    Roll out 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place in greased pan.
    Let rise until doubled, about 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
