Cheesy Potatoes In A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut in small chunks
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Let potatoes come to a full boil.
    Pour off water.
    Put into crock-pot on low.
    Add cheese, soup and margarine.
    Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir once or twice while cooking.
    A few red and green peppers can be added for color.
