Dilly Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.
    Add next 6 ingredients, then add yeast mixture.
    Add flour to form stiff dough. Cover to rise to double.
    Stir down. Turn into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole or 8-inch round pan. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes until light.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
