Sid'S Stuffed Clams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. hard chowder clams, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 dashes Tabasco
    3 oz. sherry
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/3 green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. stuffing mix, mixed according to directions (use clam juice to soften)
    3 Tbsp. Roka cheese salad dressing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into clam shells and bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and brown.
