Fudge Popsicles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope low-calorie pudding mix (any flavor)
3 c. skim milk
6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
pinch of salt
Preparation

Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium size saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; stir in Sweet 'N Low and salt, place in freezer until partly frozen, about 30 minutes.
Spoon mixture into medium size bowl; beat until smooth; pour into popsicle molds or 3 ounce paper cups.
Insert a stick into each popsicle.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
