Daddy'S Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    1 large can Carnation milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 sticks butter
    1 pt. marshmallow cream or 1 large bag marshmallows
Preparation
    Using thick bottom pot, bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil.
    Boil for approximately 10 minutes (syrup should spin a thread).
    Set pot off stove and add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.
    Beat until smooth (quickly).
    Pour candy into buttered 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2-inch pan and let cool.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 5 pounds of candy.
    For thicker pieces use smaller pan.
