Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop corn.
    Put sugar, butter, cream of tartar and corn syrup on high heat and boil.
    Stir in baking soda quickly.
    (It foams and becomes brown in color.)
    Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly.
    Does not set fast (stays gooey).
    Put on 2 large cookie sheets and bake 2 hours at 200\u00b0.
