Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1/4 ??? margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. cooked noodles or rice
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion in margarine until onion is tender.
Stir in flour, salt, garlic salt, pepper and sliced mushrooms.
Cook five minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add soup.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve over noodles or rice.
