Lemonade Jello Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate
    1 (13 oz.) can sweetened pineapple (tidbits or crushed)
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple.
    Add this juice (maximum of 3/4 cup) plus enough water to make 1 1/4 cups liquid; boil.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling juice/water.
    Add lemonade.
    Chill until syrupy and then whip.
    Whip the thawed Cool Whip and add the Jell-O mixture.
    Add the pineapple.
    Pour into bowl or ring mold and refrigerate.
    Can garnish the center of mold with strawberries or raspberries.
