Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked, chilled (9-inch) pie crust
    3 large eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put a square of waxed paper inside pie shell and fill with dried beans, rice or pie weights.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes until dough looks set.
    Remove beans and waxed paper. Prick the dough with fork; continue baking 10 minutes longer.
