World'S Best Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soybean oil
    2 sticks soybean margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix oil,
    margarine,
    sugar and vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time,
    beating well after each.
    Slowly add flour, salt, baking soda and mix well.
    Chill dough 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to
    300\u00b0.
    Shape
    dough in 1-inch balls, space 2-inches apart
    on
    ungreased
    cookie
    sheets.
    Flatten cookies with glass dipped
    in
    sugar.
    Bake
    about
    15 minutes until lightly browned at the edge.
    Cool and store in airtight container.
