Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    32 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
    Combine ground beef mixture, cheese, soup, jalapenos, onion and tomato in crock-pot; mix well.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    May add a small amount of milk if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

    128 servings.
