Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. bell peppers
    2 doz. banana peppers
    3 doz. hot peppers
    7 medium onions
    3 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions in a food processor or blender.
    Take out most of the seeds before chopping.
    You may want to wear a pair of gloves to keep from getting the hot on your hands or in your eyes.
    Put all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil for 30 minutes.
    Pour into small jars and seal.
