Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. cooked rice
2 chopped onions
2 cans tomato soup
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
3 Tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
salt and pepper to taste
12 to 14 large cabbage leaves
Preparation

Mix the meats and season with salt and pepper.
Add eggs and rice and mix well.
