Breakfast Brunch Ham Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bread, crusts removed
    2/3 lb. ham, chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    corn flakes
    butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cube bread and ham.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Pour over bread, ham and cheese. You may top with buttered corn flakes, if you wish.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
