Chicken Fontanelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces boneless chicken breast
    1 bag fresh spinach
    1/4 c. \"lite\" Italian dressing
    1/2 to 1 c. freshly grated Fontanelli cheese
Preparation
    Cook fresh spinach (boil in pot).
    Take chicken in 13 x 9-inch pan with aluminum foil; pour Italian dressing.
    Drain spinach and top chicken.
    Add Fontanelli cheese on top.
    Put aluminum foil over dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Yields 4 servings.
