Famous Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 lemons
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch\tand
    sugar.
    Cover with grated rind and juice of lemons.\tAdd
    beaten
    yolks of eggs; then add boiling water. Cook until thick; pour into baked pie crust.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Gradually beat 6 tablespoons of sugar into
    them.
    Spread over lemon mixture.
    Take care to seal in filling
    completely.
