Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water chestnuts
soy sauce
1 lb. bacon
brown sugar
Preparation
-
Cut water chestnuts in 1/2.
Soak in soy sauce for a couple of hours.
Cut bacon strips into thirds.
Wrap bacon around water chestnuts and secure with toothpick.
Broil until almost done cooking bacon.
Cool.
Then roll into brown sugar.
Finish cooking bacon.
Serve warm.
