Sauerkraut Crisps(Zelnik) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. lard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Crumble flour, lard and salt like for pie crust.
    Add small can of sauerkraut with juice.
    Divide dough in two rolls like for pie crust; put on oiled cookie sheet.
    Press out with fingers real thin like for pizza.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Cracklings may be added.
