Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except apples, together until well blended.
Fold in apples.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
