Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. milk
1 large pkg. grated cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wash potatoes and slice thin.
In greased 2-quart casserole, arrange potatoes in four layers, sprinkling each of the first 3 layers with 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper and 1 tablespoon butter. Add cheese on the very top.
Heat milk to scalding.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 1 hour until potatoes are tender.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
