1 (12 oz.) pkg. low-salt, low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation

Place cottage cheese in electric blender container; whirl until smooth.
Spoon into bowl; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into serving bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Use as a dip with raw vegetables.
