Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. diced cooked ham
    12 slices fresh bread, cubed
    4 c. milk
    6 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. ground mustard
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Fold in milk.
    Add remaining ingredients, except butter.
    Put into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Do not cover. Top with the butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Let sit 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
