Katie Foster'S Easy Coconut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lite white cake mix
1 (10 to 12 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 regular size container lite Cool Whip
1 pkg. frozen flaked coconut
Preparation

Make cake mix according to package directions.
Put cake mix in 9 x 13-inch pan to cook.
While cake is still warm, poke holes in top of cake with a fork.
Shake cream of coconut well and pour over hot cake while still in pan (use entire can).
After cake cools in pan, ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle additional coconut on top.
