Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (10 oz.)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Cut margarine into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in cheese.
Combine milk and eggs, then add to cheese mixture.
Mix just until moistened. Spoon into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Remove from pan immediately.
