Golden Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed potatoes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. cubed ham
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and carrots until tender, drain.
    In large bowl combine potatoes, carrots, ham, green pepper and onion.
    Stir together.
    Combine celery soup and milk.
    Stir until blended.
    Add soup and cheese to vegetable mixture.
    Pour in oiled baking dish. Mix together crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
