Water Chestnuts And Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole chestnuts
1 lb. bacon
round toothpicks
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chili sauce
Preparation

Drain and cut chestnuts in half.
Cut bacon slab in thirds while still chilled.
Wrap each chestnut up in strip of bacon, toothpick and stand in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Drain off grease thoroughly.
