Roman Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. round steak, cut into 6 pieces
2 c. bouillon
1 (16 oz.) mushrooms
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle the round steak with tenderizer and let stand one hour.
Dredge in flour and brown in oil.
Remove meat; put in roasting pan.
Blend in hot drippings and ingredients listed.
Pour over meat and bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Melt slices of Mozzarella cheese on top.
Serves 6.
