Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. meringue cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter.
    Put 3/4 of the mixture in a baked 9-inch pastry shell.
    Combine the next 4 ingredients in a saucepan, and cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour custard over peanut butter mixture.
    Top with meringue made with leftover egg whites.
    Sprinkle remaining peanut butter mix over meringue.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
