Aburage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pieces aburage (fried tofu)
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1 chili pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Slice aburage thinly and pour boiling water over it.
    Drain well, then squeeze aburage until almost dry.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add aburage.
