Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 lb. box graham crackers
chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix together instant vanilla pudding and milk.
Mix like you would to make pudding.
Add Cool Whip and mix well.
Layer graham crackers in the bottom of an oblong pan. Cover graham crackers with pudding mixture.
Put another layer of crackers and cover again with pudding mixture.
Put another layer of crackers and frosting.
Refrigerate.
Make up 24 hours ahead of time.
